"BEWARE - I do not recommend this agency. I would encourage anyone considering this agency to review their State Farm policy very carefully before making a switch. In my experience, the information discussed and provided during the quoting process differed significantly from the final policy I received more than two weeks to a month later. The final premium increased, coverages decreased, some information was inaccurate, and certain coverages were removed altogether. For example, my home is a brick home, which was clearly communicated both by email and during the initial quote discussion. However, when I finally received the detailed policy documents nearly a month later, I discovered the home had been listed as vinyl siding. When I contacted the agency to correct the information that had already been provided multiple times, I was then informed that correcting it would nearly double my premium. There were multiple instances of incorrect information added into their system. I switched carriers based on the quoted pricing and coverage comparisons after providing copies of my existing policies. I understand underwriting can affect final terms and pricing, but I believe these possibilities should have been communicated more clearly during the quoting process and the correct and provided information used for the quote rather than inputting inaccurate data to provide a competitive quote. For those giving 5 stars.. the customer service with the initial call is really good and it goes downhill from there. Review your coverage after the fact to ensure you are covered as well as your prior policy or better. Review it to ensure what is listed is actually what you shared either via providing your actual policies, during the quoting process, or both."

"I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased an auto insurance policy and submitted every document they requested — multiple times. Despite this, they kept asking for the same documents over and over while completely ignoring my attempts to communicate. Their lack of response was infuriating. I canceled the policy within the first month due to their total failure to communicate, and they are STILL sending me payment demands for a policy that no longer exists. Avoid this company at all costs."

"I noticed an irregularity with my monthly bill, and then I got an updated insurance certificate in the mail... for a car I no longer owned. Yikes! So I called up my agents office, talked to London about the situation, and in less than 10 minutes, my bill was adjusted, my account corrected, and proof of the car no longer being mine was submitted for a review for a potential refund. London was calm, polite, had a good sense of humor, and genuinely wanted to help. Talk about great service!! I've worked with several others at my agent's office, and everyone there has been amazing! "Didn’t save me any money, got rid of the most of the discounts early on. Will not stop calling, asked to be called after 2:30pm and they consistently call at 9:30am. All in all $400+ more expensive, will be switching again."
