"My experience with Cameron Barnes’ State Farm office has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Over the course of the year, I have received multiple calls regarding insurance quotes for my company. I have spent more than an hour on the phone providing detailed business and company information, only to be contacted again months later and asked to provide the same information all over again.

Most recently, I reached back out because my current Progressive policy ends on September 13 and I wanted to compare State Farm’s pricing. I was then told that someone in the office was still “working on” a quote that I had previously been told was completed months ago.

Instead of resolving the issue or locating the information already provided, the conversation began going back through the same questions and information again. At that point, it felt like there was absolutely no respect for my time or the effort I had already put into the process.

For a business owner trying to obtain coverage, reliability, organization, communication, and follow-through matter. Based on my experience, this office failed in all four areas.

This type of experience reflects poorly on the State Farm name as a whole. I would not recommend this office to another business owner looking for dependable, professional insurance service."
