"We recently switched from a different State Farm agent to Cameron Barnes. I had such a a bad experience with our prior insurance agent that when we switched, I told my partner I wouldn't do any dealings with them bc of the awful conversations I'd had with the prior folks. However, I've dealt with Mechelle twice now, and my partner has talked with her on multiple occasions. We're thrilled with the customer service that's provided, and found that the experience is pleasant, as Mechelle is efficient, professional, empathetic, and enjoyable to talk with, on a personal level.
