"I noticed an irregularity with my monthly bill, and then I got an updated insurance certificate in the mail... for a car I no longer owned. Yikes! So I called up my agents office, talked to London about the situation, and in less than 10 minutes, my bill was adjusted, my account corrected, and proof of the car no longer being mine was submitted for a review for a potential refund. London was calm, polite, had a good sense of humor, and genuinely wanted to help. Talk about great service!! I've worked with several others at my agent's office, and everyone there has been amazing!
